We receive a request through the Configurator.

With our CRM we look for and find in our Network, the right people who can respond to the request based on their role and their industry sector.

We identify those who we can provide a proven and effective solution.

We collect and analyse the solutions carrying out reliability checks.

We then look for a second manager who can provide evidence of the reliability and effectiveness of the supplier of the best solution. If confirmed reliable, we present it to the customer.

If the Customer confirms the effectiveness of the best solution it becomes a Best in Class and we make it available through our Network.
